Abstract: In recent years, the Food Safety Act has been updated mainly partly and in response to different challenges. In June 2020, an entirely new Food Safety Act came into force, which contains references to by-laws that have not yet been created. This report examines the latest changes in food safety regulations introduced by this legislation.
