Abstract: The new working conditions related to digitalization are a prerequisite for the emergence of new risks in the work environment. The aim of the author in this report is to consider some of the physical and psychosocial risks associated with the new nature of work and on this basis to propose measures to improve the conditions for safety and health at work in organizations.
