THE LAW AND THE BUSINESS IN THE CONTEMPORARY SOCIETY, 2021, issue 1, 121-133 Abstract: The present work puts on the field of doctrinal debate questions concerning the work in pandemic situation. The paper has a complex character combining different institutes and concepts of the Labour Law affected by the "pandemic crisis". The remote work is examined as an opportunity to continue working under an employment relationship in the pandemic situation. The focus is also on some main challenges in front of the parties in the employment relationship. The author aims not only to examine issues with practical significance in the continuing pandemic situation, but to propose solutions that will contribute to the development of the Labour Law Doctrine and legislation. As result of the analysis conclusions and summaries as well as specific proposals de lege ferenda are made.
