Abstract:
The fourth industrial revolution created an entirely new paradigm for legal science due to the unknown merging of the boundaries between the physical, digital and biological spheres. Modern legislation does not regulate the phenomenon, nor does it presuppose the application of existing legal institutes by analogy. The fourth industrial revolution affected business organization and facilitated collaborative innovation through data available on large information networks, and these effects should be reflected in law.
