Abstract:
The aim of the study is to analyze the nature and features of exercising the right to information in compulsory health insurance in terms of stakeholders, application options, volume of received and shared data and in the context of the legislative idea and regulatory framework of general and special laws. These guidelines analyze the nature and mechanisms for access to information on compulsory health insurance provided by the Health Insurance Act, as well as the features of the institute access to information under the Health Act and within the establishment and implementation of the National Health Information System
