Abstract:
Over-regulation is a problem for business and the compliance costs significantly reduce national growth. The causes of over-regulation are numerous and serious, but one of them can be found in the culture of fear. Politics of fear intertwine with the culture of the victim and with the inflation of danger and societies demand a response. Politicians give it through many rules.
