Abstract:
The report presents a survey of public perceptions of the role that in-house legal counsel play in businesses and perceptions of their core functions. The main results show an awareness of their role in organizations, but a lack of a sufficiently clear idea of the true nature of their activity, as part of the people attribute to them extraneous administrative and control functions.
