Abstract: The subject of this report is a study of the peculiarities in the management of state and municipal enterprises. The concept of state and municipal enterprises is clarified and the specifics of their management compared to that of capital commercial companies are indicated. Conclusions are made about the higher requirements for the bodies of the mentioned enterprises in view of their public nature.
