Abstract: The report explores the legal opportunities for business to participate in the legislative process and more specifically in the pre-parliamentary legislative process. For this purpose, an analysis of the current national legislation is presented regarding the possible forms of business participation regulated therein in the decision-making process for the adoption of legislative changes or new laws in the various social spheres.
