Abstract:
The article analyzes the historical formation of the economic rights of human and citizen in the Ukrainian lands from the 9th to the 21st centuries. Ukraine was able to finally legally regulate the world-wide recognized economic rights only after the declaration of independence in 1991 and the adoption of the Constitution in 1996.
