Abstract:
E-governance is essential for the realization of the digital transformation of the public sector. In this regard, a new body is being created to implement a unified policy in the field of e-governance, the information society and IT, and network and information security will help to overcome the weak points of public authorities, to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of their work, as well as to make access easier for citizens and businesses to electronic administrative services. The development analyses the legal nature of the Minister of the e-Government, and his foreseen powers, for the development of E-governance in the country.
