Abstract: The methodological and legal frameworks of electronic government is constantly evolving and enriching as a result of external and internal challenges and the experience gained in municipalities. The regulatory basis is adequate with the elements and principles of the Actualized strategy for electronic government but some deficiencies occur in its implementation. The report presents the resources of the Ministry of electronic governance /MEG/ and the opportunities for digitalization of the municipal administrations.
