Abstract:
The report aims to examine the real-time collection of evidence provided for in the European Investigation Warrant Act. The European Investigation Order can be issued for the purpose of carrying out investigative action and other procedural actions that require the collection of evidence in real time, continuously and over a period of time. A brief overview of the reasons for this is made, indicating two main forms of evidence collection in real time, continuously and over an extended period, namely the monitoring of banking and other financial operations and the implementation of controlled delivery on the territory of the country.
