Abstract:
The paper explores the possibilities of applying relationship marketing to promote and accelerate the process of staff development in relation to the practical implementation of the EU's non-binding legal instrument "Recommendation on the Establishment of an ISO". Perceived benefits and how they help to achieve objectives, address challenges and overcome problems are explored.
