Abstract:
The sustainable development has led to improvement of the conditions in the urban areas. Sustainable cities are nature-safe, socially inclusive and economically productive. The concept requires balancing the goals for social, economic, environmental and governance factors. A sustainable city should allow long-term development without compromise for future generations to meet their own needs.
