Abstract:
Analyzing the attitude of the Bulgarian population towards the refugees and the challenges facing Bulgaria, the authors justify the need for an active policy to regulate migratory flows: conditions for keeping the younger generation in Bulgaria, attracting / returning Bulgarians from abroad, attracting migrants with appropriate educational, qualification socio-cultural and other characteristics.
