Abstract: In the theory and the practice the concept of land resources is identified with land as a resource for production. After a research, it becomes clear that its nature has not been clarified, incl. and in the regulatory framework. Questions area is for the object, the relations, the laws, the factors and other. There is a difference between the concepts of land and dry land.
