Abstract: In recent years, there has been a growing interest in domestic travel. There are many destinations that have attractive natural sites and still limited research cultural, historical, religious, architectural and others. One of these destinations is an administrative district with the center in Targovishte. The study attempts to analyze the state of resource potential, tourism development and opportunities to increase tourist flow.
