Abstract: Omnichannel is a buzzword in e-commerce and online tourism trends over the last few years. Moreover, it is a concept and marketing approach to apply in travel and tourism industry. The way tourists research, plan and book their tours and activities is evolving. Knowing the trending booking channels include the entire path to purchase, from inspiration to conversion. The growing importance of online sales means that traditional bricks-and-mortar retailers need to transform the distribution system to deliver an omnichannel experience to their customers.
