Abstract: With the increasing speed with which decisions are made in the development of tourism, business communications become an essential prerequisite for effective business. For this reason, the improvement of business communications is becoming a topical issue for any organization in the field of tourism, and its solution is urgent.Studies show that hoteliers spend between 70 and 85 percent of their time communicating with colleagues, subordinates, customers, external partners, etc. Managers perform their main functions - planning, coordination, management and control in direct contact; with the help of gestures and looks; by e-mail or telephone.
