Abstract: The tourism is one extremely dynamic and flexible sector that stimulates revenue and generates employment to the world economy. Unfortunately, the recent worldwide outbreak of COVID-19 has brought the world to a standstill and especially the tourism that has been worst affected. Last several months were extremely tough for tourism and brought new challenges in front of the sector. In this report, we will focus on the wellness tourism and the consequences of the pandemic situation. The purpose of this report is to provide a clear understanding of what wellness tourism is and the future forecast post the pandemic. Even there are still a lot of unknowns in front of us and the situation we are all in, we can outline some new trends that will follow and will overtake the wellness sector.
