Abstract: The transition to a market economy has put meat companies in a new state of operation. They are characterized by a high degree of uncertainty, increasing competition and a constant struggle for markets. The processes of realization of the finished products have become significantly more complicated. The behavior of the companies on the market, the economic results and the development of the enterprises depend on the orientation of the management in the market conditions. The purpose of the report is to make a situational - segmentation analysis of "Bird Slaughterhouse" Berkovitsa.
