THE MEDIATION IN THE DIFFERENT PUBLIC SPHERES 2021 CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS, 2022, issue 1, 184-199

Abstract: In the report the possible economic effects of poorly managed conflicts in organizations are considered as costs that can be mistakenly identified as arising from other operations. A study of the presence of overt or hidden conflicts in organizations in Bulgaria has been made. The possible application of mediation is seen as a way to resolve these conflicts, and accordingly, to reduce costs due to them.
