Abstract:
The study of the applicability of mediation procedures in the field of national security is based on the "need to know" principle, which consists in limiting access to certain classified information. The report examines the possibility that labor dispute mediation procedures may affect elements of the national security system, and the institutionalization of relevant rules by the leg islative authorities.
