Abstract:
In today's dynamic and uncertain business environment, individual and/or collective labor disputes often arise. Resolving workplace conflicts is possible through mediation, which is an effective tool that allows both parties to find mutually acceptable solutions without resorting to court proceedings. It is the use of alternative methods of resolving labor disputes that can help organiza tions become more adaptive and innovative in their human resource management activities.
