Abstract: This report examines key points in workplace relationship dynamics that should be considered to prevent conflict and create a harmonious and effective work environment. The material sets out key points identified by the authors as "alphabet" of the conflict and settlement in labour relations. Based on the study, conclusions and generalizations are drawn.
