Abstract:
In this report the role of mediation as a part of citizens' legal culture is being examined. Basic legal concepts and normative acts are being explained and analyzed. The new changes in Bulgaria's Mediation Law are also being regarded. The emphasis is on raising people's awareness of non-judicial conflict resolution methods and showing how mediation builds legal culture.
