Abstract:
This report focuses on the importance of lawyers in their direct and indirect involvement in the mediation process. What is their role in terms of the contribution they can make to the successful conduct and conclusion of a mediation that has started, as well as their function as a guarantor of the legality of the agreement reached? Their place as allies of mediators and, at the same time, professionals who protect their client's interests in the best possible way to achieve the best and most secure result.
