Abstract: The report outlines possible measures to promote the application of mediation and examines attitudes towards them, comparing the results with a similar study for the Western Balkans. It argues that in Bulgaria, the attitudes are noticeably more pessimistic regarding the possible influence of measures to promote mediation related to a variety of forms of its imposition.
