Abstract:
Ethics in mediation is an important element and guarantee for the success of the mediation procedure. The requirement for ethical behavior refers both to the behavior of the mediator throughout the procedure and to his attitude towards the participants in the mediation procedure, as well as to the relationship between the mediators regarding their activity, the mediator to the referring judge in the case and the lawyers in the given dispute. Part of the mediator's obligation continues after the conclusion of the procedure (prohibition of disclosing information).
