Abstract:
The report analyzes the use of games and simulations as innovative tools for conflict prevention, the development of key competencies for dispute resolution, and the strengthening of team and community cohesion. By systematically applying gaming and simulation methods, the study examines their impact on social interactions, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate in various contexts. The results indicate that games and simulations support effective learning and the development of skills necessary for successful conflict resolution and team dynamics. The study emphasizes the importance of adapting these methods to the specific needs of groups, as well as the need for professional facilitation and follow-up evaluation of the outcomes.
