Abstract: This report examines the importance of integrated software for managing mediation centers in educational institutions, highlighting its benefits for improving efficiency and communication in the school environment. Mediation is key to resolving conflicts and promoting peaceful coexistence in schools. Integrated software systems facilitate case management, schedule coordination, and communication between participants while also providing tools for analysis and reporting. The report explores the main functionalities of such software, including case management, schedule automation, real-time communication, and report generation. Additionally, it emphasizes the advantages of implementing these systems, such as increased efficiency, transparency, and accountability in mediation processes. The challenges related to the implementation of such software, including costs, staff training, and resistance to change, are also discussed. In conclusion, the report highlights that integrated software can significantly improve the management of mediation centers by fostering better school culture and more effective conflict resolution.
