Abstract: The study is devoted to one of the most important from a practical point of view topics related to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in the relations between the parties to the employment contract. The "pros" and "cons" arguments of a more intensive intervention of the employer in the personal sphere of the employee, which is also expressed in the processing of data on vaccination status, are examined. The relevant administrative practice is analyzed.
