Abstract: The use of artificial intelligence in workplaces gives new meaning to the nature of work and leads to significant changes in the structure of employment. This transformation gives reason to talk about a new model of cooperation or competition between artifi cial intelligence and humans in the workplace, gives reason to look for the benefits and challenges. The aim of the authors in this paper is to discuss issues related to the benefits and challenges of integrating artificial intelligence and robots in more and more workplaces and the way this will define the future of employment.
