Abstract: The sustainable development of Bulgarian administrative judicial system contributes to the establishment of the rule of law and the protection of human rights. In recent years administrative justice has undergone a rapid development, as the use of advantages in information and communication technologies, its development and implementation, have supported and facilitated judicial proceedings and the administrative justice in particular.
