Abstract: The report examines risk management from two perspectives - as a subject that is taught to students and as an activity that is a legal obligation of public universities. Universities cope with teaching but are not sufficiently aware of the need to manage risk in their own operations. The implementation of an effective risk management system would contribute to their good management.
