Abstract: The article examines some problems arising from the change of jurisdiction and the inclusion in the scope of administrative courts to address issues of criminal enforcement, after the changes in the ZINZS in 2017. The exhibition focuses on issues related to the conceptual structure of criminal repression policy and new legislation solutions.
