Abstract: The purpose of this report is to examine the procedures and the organisation of public consultation in the process of drafting regulation acts. It reviews the legislation and the practice of its implementation. In the course of the study, a gap in the legal framework regulating public consultations was identified. In this connection, proposals are made for supplementing and amending the legislation acts.
