Abstract:
The establishment of the right of infrastructure is a specific mechanism for the construction of certain types of structure on separate territories - urbanized, cottage and others. The need to modernize the agricultural infrastructure in our country and the search for specific tools in this regard can be linked in legislative and practical terms to the establishment of the right to build on agricultural land. Legislation deals with this issue mainly in the Law on Territorial Planning. In agrarian legislation, in principle, construction on agricultural land is regulated in the law on the protection of agricultural land.
