Abstract: Digital technologies are key to the development of smarter, resource-efficient and more competitive agriculture. The rise of digitization in the sector has transformed working conditions and led to automation of jobs and a change in the way of working, making digital skills key competencies for farmers and farm workers. All this implies developing a knowledge matrix linking knowledge of traditional agriculture and farm production processes with knowledge of digital systems. In this context, the aim of the report is to identify the specific skill requirements of agribusiness workers, which will support the design of the labor market, education and training policies to respond effectively to the current and upcoming challenges of digitalization in the sector.
