Abstract: The report reviles the impact of digital technologies in the field of agriculture and their role in expanding the assortment of organic foods in chain stores. Digital agriculture is a set of technologies and methods that improve the efficiency and sustainability of agriculture while promoting organic food production. The aim of the report is to present theoretically how these innovations are integrated into the organic food supply chain and what impact they have on the assortment of these products in stores. A map of geographical penetration and the number of chain stores, which offer such an assortment are determined by a desk-research. A personalized telephone interview is used in researching the implementation of digital technologies for the production of fresh, dried and frozen organic fruits and the processing of organic juices.
