Abstract:
GDPR is the new regulation that has come in force since 25May 2018. It concerns all organizations that gather personal data. Many companies are collecting personal data. It is especially true for the hospitality business. The paper presents main issues that concern hospitality organizations, how they are affected by the new legislation. The main goal is to provoke hotels to check their readiness to apply GDPR.
