Economic Science, education and the real economy: Development and interactions in the digital age, 2020, issue 1, 198-210

Abstract: The current global crisis in all its aspects: health, humanitarian, social, economic, will undoubtedly have a profound and disturbing impact on the future of humanity. Not only all social systems will be shaken, but also the inviolable ethical world of each person -worldview, thinking, values. Consumers will change as personalities, return to forgotten existential questions about meaning of life, values and priorities. Their lifestyle willchange, and therefore their consumer behaviour. The report examines some key trends and challenges in consumer behaviour: intention for a modest and saving lifestyle; intention for sustainable consumption; intention for greater consumer control and transparency.
