Abstract:
Open innovation creates favorable conditions for enhancing the innovation potential of organizations. They can be seen as the intersection of research, practice, policy. The broad social importance of innovation requires the involvement of society as a whole. Science and practice are therefore oriented towards transforming the Triple Helix (TH) into a Quadruple Helix (QH), an important factor in stimulating competition and economic growth.
