Abstract:
Costing by product, activity, or customer across all businesses is important because it shows the relationship between business analysis and taking of management decisions. The cost of production is related to the correct pricing of products and services, planning of new products, and taking active action in a dynamic environment. The purpose of the paper is to highlight important aspects concerning cost of production in strategic context.
