Abstract:
Nowadays the world is stood against the unprecedented situation caused by the Coronavirus which led to the implementation of major lockdowns in an array of countries. Governments of multiple countries around the world took series of strict measures which led to a period of instability predisposing to the causing of serious and painful changes to society, organisations and economy. These negative and almost impossible to predict continuous changes start questioning the survival of each organisation in the world. In this flow of thought it is compulsory that adequate managerial measures are taken which would help the organisations both from the public and private sector to survive.
