Abstract:
Governance in the public sphere is increasingly complicated and unpredictable. In recent years, the application of broad consultation mechanisms of various kinds has been a key factor in public administration. This paper focuses on digital, "smart" solutions that aim to maximize the effective involvement of stakeholders in the preparation, implementation and monitoring of public policies. Issues related to the application of innovative methods in the development of public policies based on broad consultation mechanisms, including digital ones, will expand in the coming years and will undoubtedly be a key factor in expanding the capacity of public organizations for effective management and positive results.
