Abstract:
n today's digital environment, the topic of career counseling is positioned as an important tool for effective management of personal development. Economic, demographic and technological changes require process innovation and increase the relevance and importance of personal guidance in the generally accessible cross-border labor market. As a process, counseling takes place in different spheres of public life. This report focuses on the opportunities for innovation and updates in career consulting, which are an important part of enhancing preparation for professional and educational realization.
