Abstract: Education over the years has proven its important role in supporting business. It is a service with the highest resilience in the conditions of economic turbulence. Hedonistic and utilitarian learning are not mutually exclusive. Together, they create enriched learning that helps develop holistic and complex competencies. Professionals are motivated by the pleasure and benefits of learning, which makes them more ready to adapt to future challenges. In the 5.0 era, the success of sales professionals depends not only on their technical skills, but also on their ability to adapt and interact effectively with other people. Hedonic and utilitarian learning are innovative approaches that can support this process and enrich the educational experience of sales professionals.
