Abstract: The report presents major issues related to the education in the field of economics and commerce. In today's highly dynamic, competitive and uncertain environment, universities are faced with a responsible and difficult task – to educate. Humanization is an integral part of education, and digitalization is currently the accelerator of most innovations in it. In this context, there are many challenges related to the formation of knowledge and skills mainly cognitive, including digital and socio-behavioral, necessary for personal realization.
